I would like to touch on unsatisfactory service regarding the maintenance and upkeep on termite stations in body corp & strata complexes on the Gold Coast, Tweed Heads & Northern Rivers.

Why is the service and maintenance not up to standard? In our professional opinion it is either a cheap proposal trying to outbid the other company to win the contract thinking they can onsell other services from their professional pest company not allocating time and materials for a 12 month period maintaining a site correctly or having a "Technician" employed by a franchise or large firm carry out the contract and not the person actually quoting the site and doing the works.

A pest company must come to site and service the stations between the manufactures guidelines and service correctly to get full quality of service making the product work to its maximum, this includes replacing timbers when required and bait live termite activity when found with a 3 weekly inspect and monitor program until colony has been eliminated.
