First things first...it is recommended by Australian Standards to have a licensed & and insured pest manager conduct a full Termite Inspection of your entire property which Zone Pest will carry out standard using Flir C2 thermal camera and Termatrac so that we can either find concealed termites inside your home or give the all clear this also includes any termites found outside on your property.
In the event we find termites outside or inside your home we need to submit a proposal to treat termites found using Termidor foam or liquid.
Once we have conducted the termite treatment the proposal for a Trelona® ATBS Advance Termite Baiting System is submitted and then discussed with you the reasons why your property has termites on site which primarily comes down to property management, tree stumps, mulch and even neighboring property pressure from unkept property maintenance with no annual termite inspections and updating the property and dwelling termite management system to protect from future termite attack.
