The Market to buy a property is ever present on the Gold Coast, Tweed Coast and Northern Rivers and the sale of the property all relies on the Building and Pest Inspection and the Inspector or Inspectors which carry out the The Inspection.
Termites are becoming more visually active everywhere and i would like to share some information i have noticed in the last 4 years of Termite and Pest Management Rentals and Sold Properties. Most Properties i have been call to by real estate agents which have their usual prefered pest company have not picked up on general pest management regarding conducive conditions or general pest management for ants, cockroach, spider and rodent. Real estates are specialists at property dwelling sales rentals and i believe have the best interest of selling the property and renting properties, taking care of the vendor and purchaser however at the end of the day the are running a business and income is their main target and how many properties they must sell to keep up with the ever growing real estate business. Most Conveyancers and Solicitors have their usual recommended building and pest companies they have been using for some time and that's great but in all our inspections we have been called to after a another firm has been through the hit rate which i have found live termites or picked up on more conducive conditions are are quite high. As a Termite and Pest Specialist and former certified Landscaper my profession and responsibility is to service a property and take tare of the client regarding Termite and Pest Management and especially when it comes to a pre purchase timber pest inspection AS4349.3-2010 i work for the purchaser going over the entire site looking for possible future threats from timber pest and offer solutions and treatments on the day if any activity has been found. My Standard equipment i use on every property is or Flir C2 Thermal Camera, Our Termatrac Termite Detection Radar, Remote Thermal Sensor and Moisture Sensor, Moisture Meter, Dongle for Tapping every bit of timber. The goal i have is to manage termite and pest activity from the time a pre purchase pest inspection is carried out to the day the people move out of that property and still maintain that property for the next family and minimise termite activity on the Tweed Coast, Gold Coast and Northern Rivers. This Blog is not aimed to oppose any defamation to any business but to give some informed based on actual works i have come across, we are only human and in my point of view i may do things more differently or more thorough running my own business as an Independent.
