Pre-Purchase Inspections - Cheap and rushed services.

I am going to touch base on something i am passionate about and that is workmanship for any trade you contract, whether it's a sparky, carpenter or even lawn and garden, every profession has to have a standard of work ethic and also run and maintain a business.
I know we are all finding it difficult in going forward in life and business but in most cases if you're investing in a new family home or investment property you want to get the best out there and still not hit your back pocket.

I have come across numerous amounts of people buying their home and having a "Pest Company" go through the property inspecting and find no evidence of termites or so they say..., however when i get a call about a month later with a client nearly in tears not knowing what to do when the client has actually found termites and they explain to me they went with another firm recommended by someone and they were in and out of the property tells me the could not have given a care about this person they were inspecting for and were obviously rushing the inspection chasing their tail for financial gain due to being so cheap on the inspection.

My advise to you is look into a "word of mouth" from a local family owned business like ZOne Pest, get real word of mouth and ask a local on the street as well as the real estate, check facebook local communities, it is in your best interest to get a independant that has a reputation and lives in the local town, we don't want a person or family in up to their heads with extensive damage or infestations of the termite and have a bad name about Zone Pest.
