What does it cover?
If termites enter your home and cause timber damage during the insurance period, your Timber Secure insurance policy will cover all structural and decorative timber repairs or replacement, up to the value of $100,000  Also, if you sell your home the insurance policy is fully transferable to the new owner (an administration fee is applicable to the new owner).

How can I get it?
Ok let's get started, you need to arrange for ZONE PEST to complete a full Visual Termite Pest Inspection AS 3660.2-2000 or a Timber Pest Inspection AS4349.3-2010 of your property, we then discuss with you which system we recommend and then install a complete termite management system Chemical or Monitoring system around your home creating a loop or zone around your home.
 
I will then give you a Timber Secure policy to fill out via email or we can sit and fill it out for you on the day of installation which we include our detailed map of your property showing what system we have installed and where the system is around your home along with our thorough
Visual Termite inspection report and spreadsheet.

ZONE PEST will help to make the process easy by assisting you with any questions you have and have direct contact with the insurance agent Rapid Solutions.

The last thing you need to do is make the payment to Timber Secure and then Sit back and have ZONE PEST conduct our thorough Termite Inspections and service your property each year of your protected structure.

If during the next five years termites enter your home, there's no need to panic because you will be covered for timber repairs and
replacement up to $100,000
